I set the difference between the two levels to 11". But, I will mess with that again.

Your thoughts about the gas jet hole size are interesting. Perhaps the shop messed it up, but from my crummy memory I think that they didn't start working on it until I had them pull it to work on this problem, not another refrigerator problem. They don't have a lot of DM182b experience nor do they have parts to swap to test. I might just have to buy another jet to try.
