You'll kinda havae to standon your head a bit (or use a mirror), but molded
ito the compressor head are the words SUC and DIS, for suction and
discharge.  Low pressure side is, obviously, the suction side.  Could be
left or right, depending on whether the compresser was ever replaced, etc.
