It's an EV Weekender.   Figure $4000 for the tranny, $6000+ for the engine,
$2200 for the exhaust, plus all the other stuff that's rusted out from that
climate.  It's a parts car.  That's why I went back to a Vanagon Westy after
owning an EVC!
