Just in case you didn't see it Carl: "I also never leave/store food in the van. I put everything into 2 plastic food containers and they have sealed tops on them, so the van cabinets have no food odor from it being stored there."

These slide under the outer lip of the bottom bed overhang when the rear bench is turned into a bed, so stow out of the way at night. I've divided the inside of each "tub" into 2 to 3 compartments so food items can be separated.
