Van-Cafe and Nokian site show that the 14" tire that most people want for all year driving is no longer available, the CS. The strictly winter in a 14" appears to still be available, but if it is like other strictly winter tires, it will not last long driving it year round. There are other choices in a 215/70-14 which is the same revolutions per mile as the 185r14. It carries a load rating that works for a 2wd westy or regular van, but not a syncro westy. It is not a C/D load sidewall so some complain about the handling, but I have not had problems with those type tires that are marketed for light trucks. I use a firestone destination AT in a different size and it is the best 14" tire I have used so far and I have tried quite a few. And others are correct you can find quite a few choices in 185r14 if you look, but mostly summer type tires, or strickly winter tires.
