Actually, it looks like the "turboecabulator" long predates the training film itself, having been aound engineering circles for decades: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turboencabulator still funny. I have a Galton Whistle, mine used not for calling dogs. It is an item I purchased from a university cleaning out drawers in science labs. It is actually a precision instrument once used in tests to assess hearing acuity. I think I paid a couple of dollars for it, and it probably once cost hundreds. technobabble can use real or unreal references and still be funny. mcneely |
