If Chris Jordan says it's Star Blue Metallic - he's the master of the universe as far as Vanagon configuration minutia are concerned. If you can get hold of Detlev or someone else in Germany they'll be in a better position to help re codes and maybe formulation data, since most of the Blue Stars are in Germany.

Seems not likely that you're going to get the right color, mixing to the wrong code...
