then that would say your FP regulator is not working like it should. make sure there is vacuum on that hose of course, but Fuel Pressure must go up some when you disconnect the vac hose to the FP regulator.

what's confusing ? the tests told you exactly what they are supposed to. 'the indicated repair' ....right now, so far, is your FP regulator is not happy.
