2 cents: Running Yokohama Y-370B (only about 2000 km so far) 195 / 75 R14 (not 185R14, as listed by Dave, earlier)

Tires are quiet and comfort, and with acceptable traction on wet grass and wet dirt. (Not yet driven in deep mud, or any kind of snow).

Odometer distance corresponded within 1% of the highway post markers over 50 km distances on a couple of trials.

I previously complained about instability in cross-winds; but that problem was fixed when Frank Condelli took the slack out of the wheel bearings (nuts was loose). Vans handles nicely on roads -- not sure about driving at speeds over bridge grates, etc.

Tires are stocked by Bolton Tire, which is where the local CP Rail yard has all their tires done. These particular tires get installed (according to Bolton Tire) on the pick-up trucks that drive on the tracks.

Frank Condelli test drove the van after doing extensive repairs -- not sure if he noticed tire performance or noise. Maybe he would give an opinion?
