Actaully it is the printing and the paper.  I had a AC Vanagon only manual - same as Bently but it did not use the Bently name.  Thick paper, excellent photos. Sold it - but kind of regretted it when I looked inside to the photo's.  Anyone get good result with the electronic listing (ETKA-I think?)
