I can't blame just those plugs for major failures but it can add up. But when holding the heads in my hand I see that the extended reach plugs just don't look right.

Who's seen 1.9s suffer this kind of damage from using the NGK BP6ET plugs?

Chris "tencentlife" Corkin likes them and he seems to garner more respect than most. Seems he'd know whether they were damaging to our engines.

But hizzoner Dennis Haynes is no slouch either. Both guys know more about these engines than I ever hope--or care--to know. So when one speaks, I listen.
