No, we at Bell Galactic encourage the DIY ethos. The loops were sourced at West Marine and they are a very close fit (bolt spacing) to the stock loops. I used 1/4 nc ss bolts and backed with washers. They do stand prouder than stock, but we here at in the R&D dept. feel this is a plus, it allows easier passage of rope and hooks.
