Sears sells a nice set of four large pick tools, with right angles and hooks, big rubberized grips and all that. Insert the most convenient tip and twist back and forth. Clamp is loose. Millions of other Vanagon applications for these tools as well. A pair of needlenose will do as well, but not as convenient.
