I can tell you that it is a problem if you put crappy aftermarket bolts in as I once did. I can't imagine OEM bolts breaking. If you have aftermarket, go back to OEM. Even used ones. I presume you are torquing them to spec, and have good serrated washers under them, and if I presume correctly then I can't imagine what would cause it.

If you have trouble finding the right washers (not normal lock washers) use the Nord-Lock washers you can get at Fastenal.
