Hi volks,

The last time I did an engine install in my '88' I used a come-along winch hooked on the top edge of the rear door. It lined up well with the rear of the engine and since I had no a-frame above the engine it was a lot easier to access the engine bay.

It didn't do any damage to the body that I noticed.
