Not a bad question in fact an important question.  The VW recommended
pressure for the stock 185R/14 tires changed over the years and later
models say 43 front, 53 rear on the Westy camper.  Those are the pressures
I ran on two sets of tires in that size and had solid handling and good
even wear.  Others are going to suggest other pressure combinations that
they have had good luck with.
BTW that 65 psi max is just that the maximum pressure under any load or
conditions, it's NOT the pressure that the tires should be run at under
normal conditions.
