And doesn't really look like a vintage awning...

AE Catalina 2500. Ya could buy them new up until last year.

(BTW... That's not a put down. IMHO, the Catalina 2500 is the best awning ever hung on the side of a Westy. But I'm biased. I got one just like yours.)
