Use a broomstick inserted into the flue opening to line it up exactly so it stays there by itself. Do not depend on those tiny screws to pull it into alignment as a) they quite likely won't, leaving you with leaks, and b) they'll strip out. They're meant to hold the outer assembly on, not to manhandle the flue into correct alignment.

Any time the beast is out, have a thought for the O-rings holding the flue pipes into the inside wall casting. If they leak, the flame will blow out. They can either be replaced or sealed with silicone RTV.
