My daughter used to use Les Schwab in Spokane for her tore meeds for her car. She had them switch out the snow tires at the end of winter. She had two tires of one brand/design and two of another. The shop mounted two tires of one brand/design on the left side of the car, two of the different brand/design on the right.

When confronted with the matter, they claimed they did not do that, that she must have done it after she picked up the car. When the desk guy made that statement, I had to first turn around, walk out of the store, adjust my composure, and then go back in and tell him what he was going to do, which was correct the matter. Then we would go to another shop to buy the tires we had gone into the shop to buy for her other car.
