Here are links to the lamp I was looking for. They all have the same
base but the head or LED part on one has many more bulbs than the other.
Other than that, they appear the same.  I have the smaller of these - 6
LED's. / Fitted my needs better. Power drain is so low the batteries
last forever.

Unless it has been changed, the one weakness in these is the battery
pack holder. It comes apart over time and are not repairable. I have no
idea if you can get a replacement from the maker/distributor or not. But
the loss of the battery pack kills the use of the lamp. The lamp itself
is well made and will last a very long time under normal use.
