80-84, plain cap with no fluid level switch. 85-91, cap with fluid switch, turn on dash brake warning light when low This difference combines with some other wiring differences. 80-84 brake pressure switches have 3 wires, to also trigger dash brake warning light when pressures don't match 85-91 brake pressure switches have only 2 wires, just for the rear brake lights Mark
