..... seems it is. I plugged 2 holes, blew in, air came out of the brake fluid level electrical connection Forgive me if this is mentioned in the archives. Am posting this while it's fresh on my mind. The older style cap has an obvious vent hole, this cap doesn't. I assume a piece of tape across the connector will slow the fluid flow the same as with the old style cap. Useful when replacing a master cylinder or other hydraulic part.
