I have been through this before and Frank is right. That is a bear to deal
with if it's rusted. It's been several years but if I recall correctly I
ended up calling Go Westy and buying the lever that the ball is attached to
and just replacing it - they don't have them new of course but if you ask
they may have one in their parts department.
