Except 87 Commercial Panel (Canadian) Vanagons (that I personally know
of), perhaps others?

The Fiche(s) and ETKA show both for 80-91 and make no distinctions,
but I'll go with what Mark says, it makes sense.

Even my 1980 only dated Fiche shows both.
