Sort of; I have a special circumstance where I live close to the border in SW Ontario. There is a little car ferry that goes between Marine City MI and Sombra, ON. I can have stuff shipped (UPS Fedx and USPS) to the ferry c/o me. They take the package across the river and I pick it up off the ferry and walk it through Canadian customs. They charge $5 per package, but limit size to 50lbs. I just follow the tracking number and when package arrives drive the 60km to the ferry and pick it up. I know there are a number of people in Southern Ontario that pay to rent a delivery box at a warehouse on the US side to catch stuff they buy in the US often with free shipping to a US address . The brokerage fees, especially with UPS are quite extravagant, so that can be a significant savings for people ordering a lot of stuff.
