Great point. I did that to keep the wheel as hard R or L as possible but hadn't thought about stability.

That longer swivel head 1/2" drive was one of my first purchases for my new Westy. That and a 19 mm impact type deep socket. All for wheel nuts. (Torque wrench is shared between vans)
