Thankfully I'm finding very little rust.

Good to get some insights people thanks. Given that there were a
couple fasteners missing, it appeared the cabinets might've been
removed at one point. Or, I had thought that maybe it was a Weekender
poptop with these cabinets added. But then it wouldn't have the
"Motorhome" sticker by the drivers door.
