One thing regarding car covers and moisture - moisture especially. I also reside in the Seattle area and it took me 2 years to find a good camper. One problem is mildew inside - once the inside of the poptop turns green or black - you're pretty much out of luck for an easy fix. I use Damp-rid moisture absorbent bags inside the camper and change them every 3 or 4 weeks when they fill up with water. You can get them at like Lowes or Home Despot.
