Canyon de Chelly- There is a privately operated camping area at the end near Spider Rock that is much more secluded, relaxed and "hippie".  Weather right now is 80's to 40's.  Monument Valley has only two camping options, neither are great.  But nothing like a drive in the Valley with your own Westie set against a John Wayne background.   Things are still HOT in Phoenix area..... lakes and seclusion or cities and action.... add in Sedona, Grand Canyon, caves, deer farm, and a free parking place in Prescott with hot showers if you need it!Geneva and Mike
