Hey Guys, This part will supposedly work on a 1985 1.9L engine. But when I start comparing it to my part it just doesn't seem to jive. I don't think my thermostat cover would work on this based on the orientation of the mounting holes for the bolts. Am I wrong? Here's a link to the page:

Audi 400 Fox VW Dasher Jetta Rabbit Engine Water Pump Thermostat Housing Meyle | eBay<http://www.ebay.com/itm/Audi-400-Fox-VW-Dasher-Jetta-Rabbit-Engine-Water-Pump-Thermostat-Housing-Meyle-/170795000743?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Make%3AVolkswagen%7CModel%3AVanagon%7CEngine+-+Liter_Display%3A1.9L&hash=item27c42ce3a7&vxp=mtr>

It would be great if it did work because I need a thermostat housing and want to install a new water pump as well but I have my doubts about my T-stat cover fitting on the housing. TIA, Paul in Tracy
