Is the faint current steady? Are all 4 injectors giving the same measurement? Assume bad transistor in the ECM or faulty(shorted to ground) injector control wiring. Other wise you should see 12v with key on but no current flow, right?

have a friend who is stranded in jersey, he found a shop to help, tech says the injectors have a faint current when you cut the key on, engine seems to be flooded. any ideas? thanks mark d
