I'll follow your ranges for front/rear.
When you say this size is very rare, I assume you specifically mean in the
XL version? According to this page, 215/60/R16 is the most common OEM tire
size:

This is part of what made me happy with this wheel/tire combination... I
figure if this size is whats commonly installed on new vehicles currently,
it makes it less likely that my favorite tires will be discontinued in this
size later...
