How is the seal on your antenna? Mine leaks and I'm thinking it might be
easier to replace with the dash out.
If you're opening up the box to replace the heater core, I'd replace all
the seals, clean the blower motor bushings (possibly replace it), generally
make sure the vent controls work smoothly. This is why I pulled my dash the
one time I did, oh so many years ago . . .
