Felder Industries latest statement has the taint of desperation. They know that their flagship product "Dreadnought Toast Maker" is an old and obsolete bit of Vanagon camping kit. Bell Industries "Excelsior" toaster had eclipsed the "Dreadnought" in design and function. What's more, Bell Industries has recently secured some Titanium sheet and the lads in R&D are feverishly working overtime to produce a toaster that not only will set the standard in lightweight and toasting excellence, but will also have the undeniable cache of ever changing heat created colours.
The ball is very definitely in Felder Industries' court. It is doubtful whether they can rally to this 21st century challenge.
