Sure I use heat sometimes.. not an hour of propane on the piston though.

Heat would be my next step. It doesn't take too much to expand the aluminum of the piston some, so the pin will slide more easily. also .. lots of carb cleaner first, figuring the pin is hanging up in goo on the wrist pin bushing - sometimes that helps.
