Dear Tom,

Guessing you didn't get the tongue-in-cheek message. It wasn't a typo but
rather a suggestion that David has "cut" himself off from the List. ;-)

I was traveling when David called on Sunday, 10/07/12 at 03:23am PST (DST
for you anal types) on my old cellphone which I no longer carry on a
regular basis. As a result, I did not get his message until around 10am the
following day.

That's when I sent the notice to the List. There are many situations where
Listmembers send messages and/or request directly to one of the moderators
but not necessarily both. I sent to notice under the assumption that Mr.
Beierl is not likely to be reading email whilst recuperating from his
BZdectomy.;-)
