Changing the topic to the insulation for a moment. not the sound deadening stuff, I know closed cell is best but what is everyone using for that?

I also am intending on removing interior panels, cleaning, derusting if needed (hope beyond hope) applying some type of rust proofing and then B-Quiet, but also want to insulate. I've not figured out what is the best closed cell insulation to use.

I'll be doing the inside seams with FF after I deal with the rust. One thing though, probably best glue ram -mat or B-quiet onto panels before applying FF. Attaching insulation/ any ideas Neil? Floating panels?
