It's obviously NOT a Vanagon camper setup, but something like this could work really well in a non-Westy Vanagon (or as a way to make something like a Ford Transit into a camper). They don't come cheap, but similar modular components could be home-brewed by a reasonably competent woodworker. The compactness is enviable.
