Our Disposable Society..."don't fix anything, just chuck it and get a new one" Absolutely true! I work in telecommunications, my first company vehicle 34 years ago was a full size van loaded with 5 spares of every part imaginable. Even back then, when I replaced a part, the boss would ask "Did you really need to replace it? Couldn't you have fixed it?" I now have a PT Cruiser, and it might as well be a Smart Car, as I hardly carry anything anymore. That, and small appliances have become so cheap, it's just easier and cheaper to replace than to fix...I could go on and on. Jeff Stewart ----- Original Message -----
