I have a spare Dizzy to try but I but am wondering if the HallSensor,
good or bad, has any influence when the engine is not running as it
would not
be sending any signals until the Dizzy starts turning. Is it a
situation where
the circuit is disrupted & therefore the ECU does not allow the
FuelPump to do
its PreRunPumpUp?
