Yes, the 1.9 diesel engines have a longer stroke than the 1.6 diesels, as well as a larger bore. Any of the 1.9 diesels is a big improvement over the 1.6NA engine. Huge actually. The 1.9NA is a sweet upgrade, simple and easy. Mark
