This won't point you to a list, and is not a bolt-up affair, but with
aviation snips, drill, file, I made L brackets out of stainless steel.
Bolted each to firewall with 2 nyloc type fasteners. Part of each bracket
hangs below the firewall. I bolted one of these to that part of each
bracket:

to secure each hose to bracket. I ran a new one piece hose from filter.

This put each hose ~ 3/4" below firewall.
