When I installed my SA lights I replaced the plug that fits to the lights and about 8 to 10 inches of the wiring from the plug back. Van-cafe, and I think Bus Depot sell this pigtail with the higher quality/higher temp plug on the end. Well worth changing over.

Also - I have two 88 GL's. One now has the SA grille and lights, and the other had the standard US DOT lights. The SA Eurospec lighting is so superior that I plan to upgrade the second vehicle with the SA Grille and lights as well.

I didn't install them, so no sure if anything was cut or otherwise done that makes it a pain to go backwards. In a normal install is anything cut or thrown away that that I will need? Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks, Dave >
