Jim not sure what you are thinking of but no one has ever sold a kit to rebuild lifters that I have ever heard of. Not many folks have ever even messed with taking them apart. Usually they are just replaced with new ones. I always do it on my engine rebuilds so I dont have an issue. Over time they wear and get gummed up on the inside. Unless you know what you are doing I wouldnt waste my time fooling with used ones.
