Well, I guess I got a good one. Just plugged the coordinates into my Garmin 7200 (that uses the same maps as all the Garmin vehicle GPS units as far as I know) and up popped Sand Springs Road right next to the destination. Aside from the hassle I had with Garmin over map files when I first got the 7200 it has proven to be pretty good even on back roads and FS roads. And the data has not been updated for about four years now. BTW, the POI data can really suck, it's taken me to at least two RV parks that wern't there anymore and two within a block of one that was well hidden and I never found. Maybe I have to spring for the upgrade.
