Well sure I've used Rain-X a few times and it's been very nice. But this area is pretty arid and unless I'm planning on a drive over the Cascades in a rainstorm I find applying Rain-X frequently to be a nuisance.

Generally speaking, I get satisfactory performance driving around town with a good set of blades, but the ones I have are not that good, thus the Subject is what it is.
