It's is Dennis. High tide from this morning never left. The wind is now changing direction and pushing even more water in. Don't know if we're going to be able to stay here through tonight's high tide. I don't know if I trust my houses stability if the first floor goes under water. Afraid of it lifting off the foundation as Victoria era houses like go do...at least the Westy is safe up in Massachusetts right now. Guess I better finish up loading the SUV in case we gotta leave. They already came around with the fire truck telling us to evacuate last night.
