Given that, I'd expect ECU, idle stab, tach, ignition module on a 1.9l, DOPS board, Westy LED panel, GPS, computer, stereo, transistor-driven LEDs, maybe all LEDs, maybe ignition coil, maybe alternator. Depending on strength, maybe other stuff. Best protection - be somewhere else. If you want to run after an EMP, I suspect your best bet is an old-fashioned mechanical-injection hand-cranked diesel.
