I'll second that, Scott. That's why, when I was doing my Bostig conversion, I made a point of going over to the local Ford dealership and paid a bit more for a few parts. It was an excuse to get to know them. They went from skeptical at first, to willingly helpful by the end of the process. Of course building those kinds of relationships takes work.

And that goes for FLAPS as well as dealerships in my opinion, although turnover tends to be higher at the FLAPS.
