I may have all these things. I bought a complete gasket set when I had to pull the driver's side head for broken exhaust stud removal and only used parts for the one side. You're talking about the two circular metal gaskets to sit atop the cylinders, the two green O-rings to fit around same and the black rubber one to fit between head and block? Five pieces total?
